Angola’s Finance minister Archer Mangueira has highlighted the importance of the country’s economic and financial growth to generate more income for companies and families.
Speaking to the press recently, when reviewing the sector’s activity, the official said that this growth will provide the state with more resources, to achieve more and improve spending, ensuring effective social progress.
“We want to grow, but to protect the most disadvantaged and ensure social stability,” he said.
According to the minister, in 2017 the sector is preparing to adopt policies that will generate prosperity in the economy so that everyone can live better.
In Archer Mangueira’s view, sustainability must be anchored to reality. He said that it is fundamental to know how to live with the income one has and stop dreaming about income.
